Jessica Higgins Jones is best known for ocean landscapes and abstract art featuring bold patterns, bright colors, and layers of organic shapes on large-scale canvases. She combines acrylic paint, original surface pattern design and metallic ink to create abstract and realistic portrayals of nature. Jessica received her BFA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Her work is influenced by her background in graphic design and by growing up on the coast of New England. Her work has been exhibited in galleries in Massachusetts and can be found in private collections across the United States. She currently lives with her husband and two children near Charlotte, NC.
